We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Life Time Fitness. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with state, local, and company regulations regarding pool chemistry and temperature control.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure fire and alarm protection devices meet local and state regulations.
  • Respond to repair requests and prioritize emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Record all repair and preventative maintenance activities in our CMMS software.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in facility maintenance or equivalent training.
  • State-approved Boiler/Engineers License preferred.
  • CFC certification and Aquatics Facilities Operator Certification (AFO) / Certified Pool Operator (CPO) required.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and work in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
