About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) team. As a Nurse (LDRP), you will provide comprehensive nursing care to obstetrical patients, including antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to obstetrical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
  • Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on various aspects of obstetrical care.
  • Assist with the orientation of new staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional nurse from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
  • Must have passed the National Council Licensure Examination.
  • Minimum of one year of licensed experience as a registered nurse.
  • Preferred experience in LDRP, Gynecology/Obstetrics.
