Explore a challenging role as an Industrial Operations Manager at Konecranes, where you will lead the Mechanical Department in assigned projects.

This position is based in Houston and requires constant standing and occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Delegate work effectively based on scheduled mechanical assembly work.
  2. Ensure budgeted hours are met for every project.
  3. Constantly check workmanship of all direct reports.
  4. Meet completion deadlines based on production schedules.
  5. Complete quality control documentation.
  6. Sustain a high level of productivity.
  7. Assign and re-assign tasks as necessary to direct reports.
  8. Ensure attention to detail.
  9. Maintain a safety-oriented approach.
  10. Ensure 100% completion of mechanical assembly and disassembly.
  11. Evaluate precise alignments of heavy-duty industrial motors/gearboxes and hoist drums.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  1. Education: High School, Trade School, or higher (or equivalent experience).
  2. Language: English language fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
  3. Working knowledge of reading engineering drawings.
  4. Prior experience leading groups of manufacturing personnel.
  5. Ability to layout/install machinery on overhead cranes based on engineered designs.
