Customer Service Representative

Leico Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service and order fulfillment team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through automated and manual workflows.
- Provide customer service via email and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Pack and ship customer orders as received and informed, inspecting merchandise and tracking inventory.
- Stage warehouse materials for outbound shipment and ensure that SKU numbers match the product.
- Unload incoming shipments, compare documents for accuracy, and notify appropriate personnel of any discrepancies or damages.
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory, reporting overages and shortages to appropriate personnel.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager.
- 1-3 years of experience as an order fulfillment agent or equivalent role with associated customer service experience, preferably with e-commerce companies.
- Exposure to Amazon/eBay workflow, including Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), is preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, with good math skills.
- Ability to perform physical labor-intensive tasks, such as lifting and carrying heavy loads up to 50lb.
- Professional demeanor and presentable personal appearance.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team, with strong work ethics and basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license with authorization to work in the USA.
- High school or equivalent, with relevant industry experience in a similar role.
