Manager of Counseling Services

Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs, is seeking a Manager of Counseling Services in Portage County, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Adult and Child/Adolescent counseling staff
  • Hire and recruit staff
  • Coordinate caseloads, referrals, and schedules for staff
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Counseling or Social Work
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) licensure with Supervision credential
  • 3 years' experience working in mental health and substance abuse
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 years of clinical supervision in mental health and/or addiction treatment
  • Work with adult and youth populations in a counseling setting
