Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a travel nursing assignment in a top healthcare facility.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate ER RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and prioritize patients in the emergency department, providing timely and effective care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • Minimum 18 months of recent experience in an acute care emergency room setting.
  • Strong knowledge of emergency nursing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
