Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Room department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Emergency Room department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse with Fusion Medical Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education to patients and families
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their needs and develop effective care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state where you will be practicing
  • At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency department or critical care setting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
