Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team at Holmes Tuttle Automotive. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of vehicles through our lot, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick up vehicles from customers in the service drive and park them in the designated service lot area.
  • Rearrange vehicle positions in the service lot to optimize space and efficiency.
  • Deliver serviced vehicles to waiting customers in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Wash, clean, and dry vehicles (inside and out) to ensure they are returned to customers in excellent condition.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Valid Arizona driver's license.
  • Ability to repeatedly raise and lower vehicle hoods and trunks, and lift tires in and out of vehicles.
  • Accurate reading and comparison of vehicle identification numbers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 4 miles daily, on various surfaces.
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures.
  • Ability to lift up to 65 pounds for short and longer distances.
