Position Overview:
We are actively seeking Customer Service Agents to enhance our operations in Connecticut. The ideal candidates will possess experience in Personal Lines Insurance and hold a valid Connecticut Property and Casualty license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the agency's representative to clients, professionals, and the community.
- Offer guidance on new and additional insurance requirements, clarifying coverage options and policy types.
- Identify potential risks and assess prospects.
- Maintain a thorough underwriting renewal review process and a marketing renewal review program for all policyholders.
- Act as the primary contact for reporting and managing claims for designated policyholders.
- Address general customer inquiries effectively.
