Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join our team at Diversifire Systems Inc. as a full-time employee. This is an excellent opportunity for a fire alarm professional who is looking for a stable and secure inside role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with material purchases and take phone orders for fire alarm systems.
  • Receive and stock shipments of fire alarm equipment and materials.
  • Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
  • Assist in light maintenance duties and perform quality control checks on fire alarm systems.
  • Go on service calls when the service department is backed up.
Requirements
  • Must speak English fluently, with bilingual skills a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Fire alarm knowledge and experience are highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the role.
  • Excellent attention to detail for quality control purposes.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well under supervision.
  • Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary certifications/licenses for the role.
