Job description
Responsibilities:
- Help customers with material they would like to purchase
- Take phone orders for material
- Receive in shipments
- Stock shelves
- Organize Shelves
- Perform Inventory Checks
- Assist in light maintenance duties
- Go on Service Calls when service department backed up
Requirements:
- Must speak English, Bi-lingual a plus
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Fire Alarm knowledge would be a real plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the role
- Excellent attention to detail for quality control purposes
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
- Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary certifications/licenses for the role
