Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and administering building enclosures, including roofs, facades, and fenestrations, across the Mid-Atlantic States.

Requirements:

  • A pertinent Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Construction, or Structural Engineering, along with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in exterior building envelope renovations, analysis, design, and construction administration.
  • Experience with moisture intrusion evaluations and renovation designs.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and Outlook.
  • Technical expertise in building envelope and a registration path towards becoming a Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT).
