We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Relevante, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and tax preparation, with a focus on individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead tax engagement teams and manage client relationships
  • Review and prepare complex tax returns, including individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
  • Develop and implement tax engagement work plans, including budgets and timelines
  • Monitor project status and communicate schedule adjustments to management
  • Analyze client transactions and unusual situations, and provide tax research and consulting as needed
  • Maintain lines of communication with staff and clients to address concerns and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with a Master's in Taxation a plus
  • CPA certification required
  • 6+ years of experience in public accounting with a tax focus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
