Position Overview

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and document vital signs accurately
  • Provide assistance and supervision in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Utilize equipment safely and effectively
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
  • Participate actively in team meetings and required training sessions

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
  • Completion of a CNA certification program; Current CNA certification in California
  • Preferred one year of experience as a CNA, particularly with medically complex patients
  • Current CPR certification for healthcare providers
  • Strong communication skills with staff, residents, and families
  • Dependable, responsible demeanor with a compassionate approach
