Seeking Certified Nursing Assistants

The Certified Nursing Assistant will play a crucial role in delivering essential daily care to designated residents. This includes, but is not limited to, personal hygiene assistance, nutritional support, safe patient transfers, and contributing to a clean and healthy living environment.

Key Responsibilities of the CNA

  • Accurately measure and document patients' vital signs, including temperatures and blood pressures.
  • Monitor and record patients' responses to medications and treatments.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of patient care.
  • Assist in organizing and prioritizing patient and unit activities.
  • Receive guidance and supervision from nursing staff on the unit.

Qualifications for the CNA Position

  • Must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification in NY.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a long-term care facility is required.
