  • Pickup and Delivery: Safely transport goods and materials from one location to another, adhering to delivery schedules and routes.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance on company vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Route Planning: Plan the most efficient and safest routes of travel to ensure timely delivery and minimize fuel consumption.
  • Log Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed driving logs, including work periods, rest periods, and fuel expenses.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, driving laws, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Truck Driver is preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A and graduation certificate from trucking school are required.
  • Skills: Familiarity with GPS systems, CB radios, and Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) technology is necessary.
  • Qualifications: Clean driving record, ability to pass a background check and drug screening, and willingness to travel regularly and drive long distances are required.
