This role is crucial in transitioning clients to electronic billing, submitting timekeepers and rates, and collaborating with the billing team to ensure timely invoice submissions and necessary corrections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain client e-billing accounts.
- Analyze client contracts to ensure compliance with e-billing requirements.
- Guarantee adherence to e-billing guidelines and deadlines.
- Supervise e-billing submissions for accuracy and promptly resolve any issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot e-billing software applications.
- Examine invoices and short payments to determine necessary actions.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal electronic billing.
- Familiarity with e-billing software such as TyMetrix 360, Datacert, and Legal Tracker.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
