At Connect Home Health LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive and well-coordinated care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state of Texas, current BLS License, and reliable transportation. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy.
  • Develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.
  • Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a range of diagnoses.
  • Engage with patients' families, providing regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.

Requirements:

  • A valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state of Texas.
  • Current BLS License.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance.

Salary Description:

$68,000-$81,000
