Job Title: Manufacturing Floor Supervisor

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 per year.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure productivity and efficiency, and drive quality improvements on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading daily cell leadership meetings to discuss productivity and efficiency goals
  • Developing and implementing training programs to improve team member competence and enthusiasm
  • Conducting regular process conformance reviews and training competency reviews
  • Collaborating with quality teams to resolve supplier quality problems and maintain training program logs
  • Liaising with administration teams to resolve errors related to BOM, specification, and drawings

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required, preference of Associate's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, preference of 1-3 years of manufacturing leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with Lean and 6S principles
