Night Supervisor Job Description

The successful candidate will assist in planning, developing, and organizing the day-to-day functions, providing supervision to the nursing staff, while ensuring the quality of nursing care provided to our residents.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the state.
  • Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
  • Supervise staff in day-to-day operations.
  • Function as floor nurse as needed.

Salary

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
