Psychotherapist - Community Support Program

Washington County Mental Health Services is seeking a skilled Psychotherapist to join our Community Support Program (CSP) team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build clinical skills while being supervised and supported by experienced clinicians.
The position involves providing both community-based psychotherapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) services. You will be part of a team that has been together for close to 35 years and has been a pioneer in the provision of recovery-oriented and strength-based psychotherapy services.

Responsibilities:
- Provide community-based psychotherapy and DBT services to clients with severe and persistent mental health issues.
- Work collaboratively with a team of experienced clinicians to provide high-quality services.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to develop skills in DBT and other evidence-based therapies.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a mental health/behavioral health discipline.
- Licensure or license eligible as a Mental Health Professional.
- Minimum of two years experience providing clinical services to clients with severe and persistent mental health issues.
- Experience or training in DBT preferred.
