As a seasoned Personal Lines Account Manager at APR, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and retention through strategic account management. Your primary responsibilities will include fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless policy renewals, and providing expert advice on insurance solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage and expand a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and delivering exceptional service
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of policy renewals, endorsements, and payments
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant insurance products

Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a proven track record of success
  • A valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license
  • Superior customer service, communication, and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with agency management software, such as Applied or AMS360

This position is compensated with an estimated annual salary of $75,000, commensurate with industry standards and regional market rates.
