Key Position Details

This position is based at the Bandana Square/Eden Prairie locations with opportunities to assist with clinic procedures, triage, and patient education. Experience in urogynecology, urology, or ob/gyn is preferred.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assessment: Collects, prioritizes, and synthesizes comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
  • Diagnosis: Analyzes assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses and interprets assessment information to identify each patient's needs relative to age, developmental stage, and culture.
  • Outcomes Identification: Identifies expected outcomes individualized to the patient and establishes, in collaboration with the family, patient, realistic and measurable patient expected outcomes.
  • Planning: Develops a plan that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes and incorporates evidence-based nursing practice.
  • Implementation: Implements the identified plan and coordinates implementation of the plan of care if appropriate.
  • Evaluation: Evaluates the patient's progress towards attainment of the outcome and utilizes systematic and ongoing assessment data to revise diagnoses, outcomes, and the plan of care.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Vocational degree graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • 0 to 2 years RN experience.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required if working in the state of MN upon hire.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse - WI Dept of Safety & Professional Services required if working in the state of WI upon hire.
