Job Overview

This role is responsible for performing highly skilled analytical engineering functions to evaluate well performance and upside potential for asset acquisition and divestment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide rigorous technical analysis to deliver an accurate forecast of producing wells and future well proposals.
  • Identify key production drivers and uncertainties.
  • Perform reserve updates in accordance with SEC guidelines.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend optimal development plans.
  • Evaluate and rank new opportunities.
  • Provide analysis of and recommendations for technical data such as RTA, DFIT, PVT, simulation, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 6+ years of experience in reservoir engineering.
  • Experience working for an oil and gas operator.
  • Familiarity with ComboCurve.
