Reservoir Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservoir Engineer to join our team at TalentWell. As a key member of our upstream oil and gas team, you will be responsible for leading reservoir engineering efforts and contributing to the development of our company's strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform reservoir engineering tasks, including production decline analysis, OOIP and OGIP assessment, well spacing analysis, and EUR distribution evaluation.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date reservoir models and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geologic, reservoir, land, operational, and financial data into economic models.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on reservoir engineering matters to support business decisions.
- Mentor and develop junior reservoir engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- At least 3 years of upstream oil and gas experience.
- Advanced knowledge of reservoir engineering principles, concepts, and practices.
- Expert working knowledge of Aries, Spotfire, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000.00-$150,000.00.
- A 50% remote work arrangement with a rotating schedule.
- A Monday-Friday flex schedule with every other Friday off.
- A 10%-15% bonus based on individual and company performance.
