About the Role

The Customer Service Advocate will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and support while shopping at our store. This includes providing a warm and welcoming greeting, answering questions about products, and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, the Customer Service Advocate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves as needed, and performing other tasks as assigned by management.
