Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service organization, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and reporting on US Customer Service operations, quality, training, and other programs. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our operations meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Operations
    • Support the implementation and maintenance of US Customer Service operations, including quality, training, and other programs.
    • Ensure that customer service operations meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that customer service operations meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that customer service operations are meeting quality and compliance standards.
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that customer service representatives have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to customer service representatives to ensure that they are meeting quality and compliance standards.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
    • Ensure that customer service operations meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.
    • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure that customer service operations meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate customer service.
  • Experience working in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other acute healthcare organization preferred.
  • Knowledge of diabetes and blood glucose monitoring helpful.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish.
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders and manage outside vendors, keeping them on track and meeting all deadlines with high-quality results.
What We Offer

At Abbott Laboratories, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $65,900.00 - $131,000.00, depending on location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
