Primary Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Point-of-Purchase (POP) Materials to stimulate sales
  • Professionally represent the organization and brand within the designated territory

Designated Routes: South Chicago, South Traveler Indianapolis/Illinois

Essential Competencies:
  • Exhibit knowledge of clientele in the assigned region
  • Employ innovation and creativity to benefit clients and Cordialsa USA
  • Develop strong customer partnerships and implement effective business strategies
  • Efficiently utilize sales and order management systems to ensure superior service
  • Independently manage responsibilities and adapt to evolving schedules
  • Possess strong communication skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic environment while adhering to safety protocols
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, and mobile communication devices

Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; a college degree is highly preferred.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer management
  • Previous experience in a consumer packaged goods environment is advantageous
  • Experience in grocery, retail, or customer service sectors is beneficial

Additional Requirements:

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (50% or more proficiency)
  • Possession of a vehicle for accessing multiple store locations - Car Allowance Provided
  • Valid driver's license and insurance are required
  • Flexibility in work schedule is necessary
