Project Management Role at E-Frontiers:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our ground-up projects in NYC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, project owners, and teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Manage staff, project owners, and teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Maintain accurate records and administrative tasks.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Prepare and review project status reports.
  • Facilitate internal staff meetings and discussions.
  • Review subcontractor and vendor invoices.
  • Coordinate with accounting to prepare invoices.
  • Verify receipt of final payments and invoices.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of commercial general contractor project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong supervisory responsibility as a Site Superintendent.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Procore software.
  • Excellent communications, decision making, financial analysis, and teamwork skills.
  • NYC Local Law 196 SST Supervisor Card-62 Hours.

Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience.
