Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Northwestern Medicine. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures.
  • Position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately to ensure optimal image quality.
  • Implement radiation protection and safety standards to minimize patient exposure.
  • Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification.
  • ARRT certification on Computed Tomography (CT) within one year of hire.
  • CPR-Basic Life Support certification.
  • Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) licensure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
