Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at MCR Hotels. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our hotel's financial records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct nightly audits to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and reports.
  • Process and reconcile all financial transactions, including cash, credit card, and other payments.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports, including the Night Audit report and the Daily Flash Report.
  • Balance the day's work, including miscellaneous revenue, telephone postings, and other transactions.
  • Perform security walks and ensure the hotel's physical security.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, including responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the front desk team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems and hotel management software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
