Job Title: Territory Account Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base and developing new business opportunities in a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and construction company principals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve our customers' businesses
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
Requirements:
  • Proven sales track record with a focus on business development and account growth
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a team-oriented mindset
