Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee our construction projects. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management, specifically with a General Contractor or Construction Manager. Proficiency in scheduling and organizational skills is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate trades on construction sites
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain effective communication with clients
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols on-site
- Mentor and manage junior staff members
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction oversight and scheduling
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
