As a key member of our Coram branch, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to individuals receiving specialized infusion therapy and TPN care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review patient charts and lab results to ensure accurate and timely care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams to provide personalized support and guidance.
  • Utilize advanced computer skills to interact with key stakeholders and manage patient information.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support and coverage.
Requirements
  • Active Registered Nevada Pharmacist License.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with pharmacy software (EPIC) and home infusion therapy preferred.
