A reputable family-owned optical practice is seeking a dedicated part-time/full-time Optical Specialist to enhance our patient care services.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach, capable of working autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming phone inquiries
  • Coordinating patient appointments
  • Gathering and verifying insurance details
  • Assisting clients in selecting eyewear
  • Performing frame adjustments and repairs
  • Dispensing eyewear and processing payments
  • Handling insurance billing (including VSP, Eyemed, MES, etc.)
  • Maintaining effective communication with optometrists and support staff

If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient experiences and are motivated to contribute positively to our practice, we encourage you to consider this opportunity. Previous experience is preferred, although we are open to training the right candidate.
