Position Overview:
As the HFC Network Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the work of Broadband Specialist IV, V, and Headend technicians. Your role will involve managing HFC network initiatives and ensuring that team members are effectively addressing plant deficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure productivity among system technicians in their daily tasks.
  • Oversee the accurate repair of the HFC network.
  • Analyze daily reports to identify and address issues.
  • Manage escalated trouble calls effectively.
  • Promote a safe and positive work environment.
  • Complete necessary reporting.
  • Recruit, train, assess, and supervise technical staff while managing their work schedules.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory; an associate degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years as a System Technician/Broadband Specialist IV.
  • Preferred experience of 7 years in the field.
  • Strong project management and communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • A commitment to improving network performance is crucial.
  • In-depth knowledge of HFC systems is required.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
