About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Requirements Lead Engineer to join our team at Raytheon's Ground Radars & Platforms Center within Systems Integration & Test. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the Patriot program, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify and resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers to integrate hardware and software into a tactical system
  • Operate and troubleshoot systems, simulators, and stimulators to identify and resolve issues
  • Develop and execute plans and procedures to integrate and test systems
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and problem-solving
  • Travel to support mission execution at various locations, with expected travel of 10%
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior experience
  • Experience with systems integration and test, as well as requirements management
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with the Patriot system, working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field
  • Hands-on experience with root cause identification, corrective action implementation, and verification
  • Experience with test planning, execution, and reporting
  • Experience using DOORS or other requirements management tools
