The organization offers a range of programs for individuals with disabilities of all ages, and the Budget Director will play a critical role in managing a $300 million budget.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with program directors to develop and analyze budgets, providing financial health insights.
  • Supervise a team of 2, overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Ensure internal and external reporting requirements are met, including budget vs. actual, grant reporting, board deck preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and modify budgets as needed.
  • Monitor all funding sources and operating/non-operating expenditures.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience in a non-profit or for-profit environment.
  • Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
