Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and enforce guidelines for staffing and resource management, contributing to the formulation of operational standards.
- Address complex issues that extend beyond immediate responsibilities, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of business analysis methodologies.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, fostering strong relationships and facilitating negotiations as necessary.
- Utilize analytical judgment to navigate intricate and dynamic situations, drawing insights from a wide array of internal and external data sources.
- Evaluate risks associated with business decisions, prioritizing the organization’s reputation and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence across various organizational levels.
- Expertise in complex analytical and problem-solving techniques.
- Technical proficiency with a background in technology.
- Familiarity with Mainframe applications.
- Experience in data analysis methodologies.
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
