- Perform on-site supervisory visits to evaluate patient, family, environment, and clinical caregivers, with timely follow-up documentation.
- Assume on-call duties as assigned, demonstrating a commitment to providing timely and responsive patient care.
- Uphold and promote adherence to CHAP standards, ensuring delivery of high-quality and compliant nursing services.
- Contribute to retention initiatives by fostering a supportive work environment and providing valuable insights to enhance caregiver satisfaction and longevity.
- Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in nursing from a state-accredited RN program.
- Clinical or other work experience as per state and/or federal laws and regulations.
- RN licensure in designated state(s) as appropriate.
- Valid Driver's license and Acceptable MVR.
- RN experience and knowledge to effectively administer the private duty program.
- Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English.
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 40 pounds.
- Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting.
- Ability to function in a wide variety of environments, including exposure to allergens and other conditions.
- Possible exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and infectious diseases.
