Caregivers and CNAs Wanted

We are seeking highly compassionate and dedicated caregivers and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Lynette's TLC Home Services. Our company provides top-notch quality care from trained caregivers who share our values and core principles of compassion, empathy, and professionalism.
Job Summary:We are looking for individuals who are ready to provide in-home care to our clients in a respectful and compassionate way. As a caregiver or CNA, you will be responsible for providing personal hygiene assistance, assistance with daily living activities, collaborating with clients and families for best care opportunities, meal preparation, and performing light housekeeping around client areas.
Responsibilities:- Provide personal hygiene assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
- Collaborate with clients and families to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One year of full-time experience in personal care or an institutional setting, or one year of full-time experience within the last five years in direct client care in a home care agency setting
- Evidence of sympathetic, compassionate, and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Evidence of maturity and ability to deal effectively with job demands
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Attend eight hours of personal care-oriented services per year
- Must have a criminal history check conducted prior to being offered a position with the agency
- Assess and communicate with ill clients, co-workers, and the general public
- Must be neat in appearance and practice good personal hygiene
- Must have a reliable means of transportation
- Must have a valid proof of a negative TB test, or be willing to get tested
