Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and entertaining environment for guests.
  • Facilitate games by providing rules and ensuring the smooth operation of gameplay.
  • Accurately calculate odds and handle cash transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain a secure gaming environment and report any irregularities or attempts to cheat.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote positive guest relations.
Requirements:
  • Prior dealing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of multiple table games beneficial.
  • Successful completion of dealer school/program required.
  • Strong math skills and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Ability to wear uniform and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Estimated Salary Range:

$35,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
