Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Iowa.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within three months of hire.
  • NIHSS education prior to end of orientation and complete every two years.
  • Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or acute rehabilitation.
  • Microsoft Office - basic computer skills.
  • Customer/patient-focused.
  • Critical thinking skills using independent judgment in making decisions.
