Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Technical Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall commissioning process in the region, ensuring that commissioning experts follow industry standards and adhere to a thorough quality management process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple CxA projects in the region as a Program Manager, overseeing a team of commissioning engineers and project managers.
  • Ensure that CxA standards are being followed for equipment pre-start-up and start-up procedures, development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and methods of procedures (MOPs), and comprehensive commissioning documentation.
  • Ensure that the overall CxA process is being followed with the highest standards, including commissioning test procedures and reports, commissioning logs, equipment checklists, and other tools to track commissioning projects.
  • Have the team follow CxA standards, reviewing design criteria, specifications, drawings, equipment submittals, and other documentation pertinent to commissioning.
  • Interface with clients, contractors, equipment vendors, and owners' agents as needed.
  • Execute project assignments, interface with project contractors, vendors, and testing technicians, and interact with all facets of the company, including engineering and design.
  • Verification of CxA results of test reports.
  • Assist with field troubleshooting of commissioned equipment as needed.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in the Electrical/Mechanical Commissioning Field.
  • Bachelor's/Associates Degree as an Electrical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer a plus.
  • A/E experience working in complex facilities or mission-critical projects.
  • Previous Data Center/Mission Critical experience a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Level 1-5 commissioning.
  • Experience managing CxA teams and developing plans for large-scale commissioning projects.
  • Experience with IEEE/ASHRAE procedures and protocols a plus.
  • Possess basic knowledge of systems design for various projects.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
  • Previous experience in the Military/Military veterans in all branches that have experience with Electrical/Mechanical a huge plus.
