Key Responsibilities:

  2. Respond to guest needs by proactively inquiring about their requirements and observing the dining process.
  3. Maintain table settings by clearing completed courses, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being attentive to spills or special requests.
  4. Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as necessary.
  5. Provide a welcoming phone greeting and follow proper guest ordering procedures.
  6. Communicate menu details over the phone to guests and provide accurate delivery time estimates.
  7. Perform basic cleaning tasks as directed by supervisors.
  8. Assist with special events as required.
  9. Consistently adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
  10. Address customer service issues promptly and refer them to management when necessary.

Job Requirements:

  1. Ability to clearly communicate guest needs to bussers, managers, and other staff.

  4. Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe surfaces.

  9. A passion for delivering exceptional service.
