About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet the required standards.
  • Safety Management: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, and that the work environment is safe and healthy for all employees.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and machinery, ensuring that they are in good working order at all times.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring that they are stored and handled properly.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in precast concrete production, with a proven track record of success.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on construction or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of production staff. Proficiency in reading tape measures and production drawings, with a strong understanding of precast concrete production processes.
