Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding healthcare services to patients, ensuring positive outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Engage with patients, addressing their concerns and educating them about their conditions and progress.
  • Oversee aides during treatment sessions and assist with their setup and cleanup tasks.
  • Regularly assess patient progress, adjust care plans, and set new goals as necessary.
  • Determine appropriate discharge timelines for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including discharge summaries and daily progress notes.
  • Achieve a productive caseload, typically managing 55 to 60 treatments and evaluations weekly.
  • Contribute to the development of treatment protocols for common diagnoses.
  • Participate in research initiatives supported by the clinic.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development through company-sponsored education and approved courses.

Qualifications
  • Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant or equivalent.
  • Current and valid Physical Therapy Assistant license.
