Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team as a Field Technician. As a key member of our field services team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical support to our customers in the field.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, repair, and maintain Spectrum services at customer locations
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Travel to various locations throughout your assigned territory
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on location and experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
