Job Title: Warehouse Data Entry Clerk

At Rsgroup, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Data Entry Clerk to join our logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by accurately and efficiently processing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the flow of orders to be picked and processed
  • Coordinate with truck drivers and schedule appointments for inbound and outbound shipments
  • Perform data entry in our Warehouse Management System and update spreadsheets in a timely and accurate manner
  • Rectify count discrepancies and perform audits of paperwork completion
  • Assign tags and orders, and communicate with material handlers to ensure timely loading and unloading of drivers and trucks
  • Work efficiently to achieve or exceed performance targets for velocity, quality, and cost
  • Provide leadership and support to team members through example and sharing of knowledge and skills
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, and report any unsafe activities to supervisors and HR
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Demonstrated planning and organization skills, with the ability to set objectives and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish a plus
Preferred Experience:
  • Minimum one year of experience in the logistics/warehouse field, with shipping and receiving experience
  • Experience in distribution and/or 3PL environments
Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping, walking, and moving frequently during working hours. The ability to lift 30 pounds from floor to waist, 10 pounds from waist to shoulder, and 30 pounds with assistance is required.
