Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will provide support to our program directors and team supervisors, while also delivering high-quality clinical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation and training to therapists, mental health workers, and peer partners
  • Lead team/site meetings and participate in agency-wide initiative committees
  • Conduct presentations and trainings through the Pacific Clinics Training Institute
  • Supervise or serve as a preceptor to interns
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including healthcare, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders
  • Complete Service and Coordination Plans, progress notes, and other required documentation
  • Provide rehabilitative services, outreach, advocacy, and case management to clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the treatment team to provide coordinated care services
  • Display sensitivity to the cultural and linguistic needs of our clients and families
Requirements
  • Current California Licensed Psychologist, MFT, LCSW, or LPCC
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to relate to a culturally diverse clientele and staff
  • Bilingual skills in the appropriate language for our clients are highly preferred
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and Windows operating system
